General questions
If you are a potential member and your enquiry is one of those broad, challenging, philosophical-type things, please don't expect an endless ping pong of learned e-wisdom. If you agree with our principles, why not join us and lay your issues down in front of the whole network, by way of our chat groups and discussion forums? The principles of new unionism must be applied in different ways, according to the different national and industrial contexts, so the wider a response you get the better. Your question may also be one of those challenges which leads to a resolution, not just for yourself but for others. As a network we are seeking to encourage original thinking and the sharing of different perspectives, so don't fear being branded a heretic. This is a crucial moment in the era of globalization - it's no time to be a bystander!

Like most unions, we stand or fall on the solidarity we earn. This includes a lot of volunteer work, but we also need help with day-to-day costs.
