Total membership:
Some unions are very protective over their membership numbers, as these can be linked to capitation fees and/or membership in national forums. We urge you to make this information public to members and potential members. Our network has shown that union decline post-2000 is a myth (details here). The movement needs as much data as possible to set the record straight.

The unions we list:
We do not list all unions in the directory, nor are these homepages open to all comers. If you would like to check that your union meets our criteria for a free page, see here. These limits exist simply because without them the database would be too large, and the workload unmanageable.
